78602. The maintenance of the tomato industry of California is necessary to assure the public of a continuous supply of this vital product and the maintenance of needed levels of income for those engaged in the tomato industry.(Added by Stats. 1995, Ch. 210, Sec. 1. Effective January 1, 1996.)
