79158.5. 'Spiny lobster fishery' means any activity, including economic activity, involved in the harvesting, receiving, processing, manufacturing, or distributing of spiny lobster, parts of spiny lobster, or products therefrom, for commercial purposes.(Added by Stats. 2017, Ch. 503, Sec. 1.
