79166. A quorum of the commission shall be four voting members, including at least four fishermen members. Except as provided in Section 79196.5, the vote of a majority of members present at a meeting at which there is a quorum shall constitute the act of the commission.(Added by Stats. 2017, Ch. 503, Sec. 1.
