79072. The commission may enter into contracts to acquire and render services in preparing plans and conducting programs and other contracts or agreements that the commission may deem necessary for carrying out this chapter.(Added by Stats. 2002, Ch. 973, Sec. 2. Effective January 1, 2003.)
