79130. Any action by the commission for any violation of this chapter shall be commenced within two years from the date of discovery of the alleged violation. Any action against the commission by any person shall be commenced within two years from the date of the act of which the person complains.(Added by Stats. 2002, Ch. 973, Sec. 2.
