79212. 'Advertising and promotion' mean, in addition to their ordinarily accepted meaning, any plan directed toward increasing the sale of blueberries in domestic or foreign markets and trade promotion and activities for the prevention, modification, or removal of trade barriers that affect the marketing of blueberries.(Added by Stats. 2009, Ch. 366, Sec. 1.
