'Marketing season' or 'fiscal year' are synonymous terms and mean the period beginning March 1, 2010, to September 30, 2011, and, thereafter, October 1 of any year and extending through September 30 of the following year.(Amended by Stats. 2010, Ch. 365, Sec. 7.
