79242. A quorum of the commission is a majority of the producer members and a majority of the handler members on the commission. Except as otherwise provided in this chapter, the vote of a majority of members present at a meeting at which there is a quorum shall constitute an act of the commission.(Added by Stats. 2009, Ch. 366, Sec. 1.
