79303. Any activity adopted pursuant to this article shall be implemented by the secretary at the beginning of the marketing season next succeeding the date on which the activity is approved by the secretary.(Added by Stats. 2009, Ch. 366, Sec. 1. (AB 606) Effective January 1, 2010.)
