79427. 'Marketing season' or 'fiscal year' are synonymous terms and mean the period beginning May 1 of any year and extending through April 30 of the following year. (Added by Stats. 2010, Ch. 605, Sec. 1. (AB 2695) Effective January 1, 2011.)
