79614. 'Bees' means honey-producing insects of the genus Apis. It includes all life stages of these insects. For purposes of this chapter, bees and honeybees are interchangeable terms.(Added by Stats. 2010, Ch. 585, Sec. 1. (AB 1912) Effective January 1, 2011.)
