65527. 'Person' means any individual, firm, corporation, association, or any other business unit, and shall, for purposes of this chapter, include any state agency which engages in any of the commercial activities regulated pursuant to the provisions of this chapter.(Added by Stats. 1967, Ch. 1467.)
