67141. Any standards or activities adopted pursuant to this article shall be implemented by the secretary at the beginning of the marketing season next succeeding the date in which they were approved by the secretary.(Amended by Stats. 2002, Ch. 946, Sec. 71. Effective January 1, 2003.)
