71062. A majority of the membership of the commission appointed or elected shall constitute a quorum of the commission. The vote of a majority of the members present at a meeting at which there is a quorum constitutes the act of the commission. The commission may continue to transact business at a meeting at which a quorum is initially present, notwithstanding the withdrawal of members, provided any action is approved by the requisite majority of the required quorum.(Added by Stats. 1998, Ch. 567, Sec. 1.
