80062. 'Commercial harvesting' means harvesting native plants for an ultimate use other than as landscaping or decorative material and with the plants’ tops or branches, or both, boughs, or limbs removed.(Added by renumbering Section 70611 by Stats. 1984, Ch. 144, Sec. 60.)
