§ 80063

80063. 'Permit' means an application form to harvest native plants that has been filled out by the applicant and approved and officially endorsed by the commissioner or sheriff of the county wherein the native plants covered by the application are located.(Added by renumbering Section 70612 by Stats. 1984, Ch. 144, Sec. 61.)
