80075. Any native plant that is declared to be a rare, endangered, or threatened species by federal or state law or regulations, including, but not limited to, the Fish and Game Code, is exempt from this division.(Added by renumbering Section 70634 by Stats. 1984, Ch. 144, Sec. 67.)
