§ 80104

80104. Any person in possession of a valid permit for the removal of dead plants or wood issued by the United States Forest Service, the National Park Service, or the Bureau of Land Management, or any person in compliance with appropriate federal regulations and policies allowing the removal of dead plants or wood from lands administered by the Bureau of Land Management, is not required to obtain a permit pursuant to this division for the removal or possession of those dead plants or wood.(Added by renumbering Section 70653 by Stats. 1984, Ch. 144, Sec. 71.)
