A second conviction shall be punishable by a fine of not less than three hundred dollars ($300), nor more than five thousand dollars ($5,000), for each violation, by imprisonment in a county jail for not more than one year, by imprisonment pursuant to subdivision (h) of Section 1170 of the Penal Code, or by both that fine and imprisonment, and each violation shall constitute a separate offense.Upon the second conviction, all permits issued to the person convicted shall be revoked and the permittee shall be required to surrender any unused tags and seals or wood receipts to the issuing agency and no new or additional permits shall be issued to the permittee at any time in the future from the date of conviction.(Amended by Stats. 2011, Ch. 15, Sec. 123.
