3220. Notwithstanding any other law, any fair qualified to receive an allocation that has complied with the requirements set forth in subdivision (b) of Section 3212, with the approval of the department, may expend available funds for the construction or operation of recreational and cultural facilities of general public interest.(Added by Stats. 2024, Ch. 559, Sec. 57.
