3321. The board shall appoint, pursuant to Section 4 of Article VII of the California Constitution, a general manager of the California Exposition and State Fair who shall serve at the pleasure of the board. The term of office and duties of the general manager shall be determined by the board.(Repealed and added by Stats. 1980, Ch. 1148.)
