3332.5. If the board at any time sends out a request for proposal that could result in an agreement between the board and another party on any matter for a term in excess of 20 years, a copy of that request for proposal shall be sent to the Assembly Committee on Rules and the Senate Committee on Rules at the time at which the request is sent to prospective bidders.(Added by Stats. 1986, Ch. 8, Sec. 1.5.
