§ 4003

4003. Any money that is not expended within three years after being paid into the Fair and Exposition Fund pursuant to Section 4002 shall be added to and become a part of the amount available pursuant to Section 3204 for permanent improvements on the property of the state, citrus, county, or district agricultural associations for fair purposes, or the purchase of equipment for fair purposes, or the acquisition or purchase of real property, including costs of appraisal or other incidental costs, to be used as sites for those permanent improvements, in amounts as may be allocated by the secretary.(Amended by Stats. 2024, Ch. 559, Sec. 63.
