Notwithstanding any other law, from December 14 to December 21, inclusive, of any year, a state entity shall not charge parking fees for the parking facilities surrounding the Los Angeles Memorial Coliseum when an event is being held at the facilities of the museum by a private nonprofit charitable organization for the purpose of collection and distribution of toys and food.(Amended by Stats. 2018, Ch. 37, Sec. 11.
