4195. The fair site of the 54th District Agricultural Association shall be the property near the City of Blythe known as the Blythe Community Fair Grounds. The association shall not accept any donation or gift of land or other property which is not free and clear of all debts and encumbrances.(Added by Stats. 1974, Ch. 693.)
