4253. Any construction work which is done pursuant to an agreement shall be performed in accordance with, and subject to, Chapter 1 (commencing with Section 10100) of Part 2 of Division 2 of the Public Contract Code.(Amended by Stats. 1984, Ch. 144, Sec. 36.)
