§ 4431

4431. Except as otherwise provided in this chapter, on or after January 1, 1943, apportionments shall be made only to counties or district agricultural associations which received apportionments on the basis of the premiums which were paid at fairs held by them during the calendar year 1941.(Enacted by Stats. 1967, Ch. 15.)
