4432. Merced, Madera, Santa Cruz, and Solano Counties may each receive an apportionment although they held no fairs in the calendar year 1941 and the agricultural associations of the agricultural districts which comprise such counties each received an apportionment during the calendar year 1941.(Enacted by Stats. 1967, Ch. 15.)
