4436. A district agricultural association which did not receive an apportionment on the basis of the premiums which were paid at a fair that was held by it during the calendar year 1941, may receive an apportionment if the board of supervisors of each county which is in whole or in part within the boundaries of the agricultural district in which the association is formed and which received an apportionment on the basis of the premiums which were paid at a fair that was held during the calendar year 1941, by resolution, announces its intention to discontinue permanently the holding of fairs for which the county would be eligible to receive an apportionment.(Enacted by Stats. 1967, Ch. 15.)
