§ 4441

4441. A county or district agricultural association may contract with each other or with a county fair association to hold an agricultural fair without loss of any apportionment to which it otherwise is entitled separately. However, no county or district agricultural association may receive an apportionment for a joint or combined fair which is held by them.(Enacted by Stats. 1967, Ch. 15.)
