No apportionment shall be made to any fair held in Sacramento County after January 1, 1948, other than a fair conducted by the California State Fair and Exposition, the California State Exposition and Fair Executive Committee or by a district agricultural association in Agricultural District 52.(Enacted by Stats. 1967, Ch. 15.)
