§ 4505

4505. Every fair within the network of California fairs that conducts a fair for which any apportionment is sought shall file a detailed statement of its operations in the previous fiscal year with the department within 90 days of the end of that fiscal year. The content and form of the statement shall be prescribed by the department.(Amended by Stats. 2004, Ch. 341, Sec. 1. Effective January 1, 2005.)
