5007. 'Plant' includes any part of a plant, tree, plant product, shrub, vine, fruit, vegetable, seed, bulb, stolon, tuber, corm, pip, cutting, scion, bud, graft, or fruit pit.(Enacted by Stats. 1967, Ch. 15.)
