5011. Unless otherwise provided in this code, for the purposes of pest management, 'crop' means a plant or animal, or a product derived from a plant or animal, that can be grown and harvested for profit or for the subsistence of humans or animals.(Added by Stats. 2003, Ch. 414, Sec. 2.
