6080. The board of directors of each cotton pests abatement district shall hold a regular meeting at least once each month at the time and place in the district designated by resolution of the board; and the board of directors of each district shall prescribe the rules and regulations for the conduct of its meetings and for calling and giving notice of special meetings of the board.(Added by Stats. 1982, Ch. 191, Sec. 2.
