6242. The county agricultural commissioner of the county in which the district is located shall, upon request of the board, assist the district to the extent possible in all activities undertaken by the district for the control of phylloxera or other winegrape plant pests or diseases.(Added by Stats. 1993, Ch. 1078, Sec. 1.
