6293.7. Notice of the hearing shall be given by publication in a newspaper of general circulation published and circulated in the district. Notice of the hearing shall also be given to all winegrape growing acreage owners within the proposed district.(Added by Stats. 2001, Ch. 442, Sec. 1. Effective October 3, 2001.)
