6294.6. Upon the expiration of the term of any member of the district board, the board of supervisors shall appoint the successor. Vacancies shall be filled by the board of supervisors for the unexpired term.(Added by Stats. 2001, Ch. 442, Sec. 1. Effective October 3, 2001.)
