5253. The commissioner shall disseminate all or any portion of the statement in whatever manner he may deem is best suited to inform persons that own or have charge or possession of any premises or appliances within the county where there is a probability of the presence of the pest.(Enacted by Stats. 1967, Ch. 15.)
