§ 5254

5254. In any county where there is no commissioner, or if the director finds that the commissioner has failed or neglected to use all reasonable means to effect the control or eradication of any discovered pest, the director may undertake the control or eradication of the pest. He may exercise any power or authority which is conferred on the commissioner by this division.(Enacted by Stats. 1967, Ch. 15.)
