5349. (a) It is unlawful for the operator of a vehicle to intentionally route the vehicle and travel on that route in order to prevent the vehicle from passing through a plant quarantine inspection station.(b) Notwithstanding Section 5309, a violation of this section is a misdemeanor.(Added by Stats. 1984, Ch. 559, Sec. 1.)
