5774.5. In addition to any other notice requirements of this article, if the secretary determines that it may become necessary to use aerial application of a pesticide in a pest eradication program over an urban area, the secretary shall notify, as soon as it is feasible, the city and county in that affected area of the possibility of an aerial application.(Amended by Stats. 2006, Ch. 538, Sec. 198.
