5824. The cost of any service which is rendered pursuant to this article shall be paid from the Department of Food and Agriculture Fund out of any money which is derived pursuant to this article and shall not be a charge against the General Fund.(Amended by Stats. 1984, Ch. 144, Sec. 37.)
