For purposes of this article, 'vertebrate pest' means any specie of mammal, bird, reptile, amphibian, or fish that causes damage to agricultural, natural, or industrial resources, or to any other resource, and to the public health or safety.(Amended by Stats. 2005, Ch. 176, Sec. 1.
