6023. The director shall cooperate by entering into an agreement pursuant to Section 482 for the purpose of suppressing the field rodents and insects or other associated vectors in the reported areas and in neighboring areas, to prevent the spread of the rodents and insects, or other associated vectors.(Amended by Stats. 1967, Ch. 897.)
