6047.89. The county agricultural commissioner of the county in which the district is located shall, upon request of the board, assist the district to the extent possible in all activities undertaken by the district for the control of glassy-winged sharpshooter and Pierce’s disease or other designated pests and diseases.(Amended by Stats. 2004, Ch. 400, Sec. 16.
