6047.92. For each fiscal year subsequent to the first year of operation of the district, the board shall adopt the final budget in the same manner that the budget for the first fiscal year was adopted.(Amended by Stats. 2004, Ch. 400, Sec. 16.5. Effective September 9, 2004.)
