§ 6047

6047. The secretary may establish, maintain, and enforce regulations consistent with the intent of the Legislature as expressed in this article as may be necessary to interpret, clarify, or implement this article. This authority shall be liberally construed to effectuate the intent of this article.(Added by Stats. 2000, Ch. 21, Sec. 1. Effective May 19, 2000. Inoperative March 1, 2031.
