6728. The director shall not refund more than one-half of the minimum license fee to any person who applies for a license to sell nursery stock and who later decides not to engage in the sale of nursery stock. No portion of the minimum license fee shall be refunded to any person who is denied a license pursuant to Section 6761.(Added by Stats. 1978, Ch. 1202.)
