6762. Any proceedings shall be conducted in accordance with Chapter 5 (commencing with Section 11500), Part 1, Division 3, Title 2 of the Government Code. The director shall have all the powers which are granted in such chapter.(Enacted by Stats. 1967, Ch. 15.)
